How your information is held.

We only collect what you choose to share through the discovery call request and contact forms — typically your name, email, and any optional context you decide to include.

Your information is read by Dr. Sisi and used only to respond to you. It is never sold. Service providers help us securely store submissions and deliver requested emails. Please do not include sensitive medical details in these forms.

The Capacity and Body Trust Check-In saves your responses, summary scores and completion time securely, even if you do not provide an email address. Authorized administrators can review educational summaries and follow-up requests. It is not a medical assessment.

If you choose to provide your first name and email, we record your separate choices for a results email, a private Discovery Call invitation and optional marketing emails, including consent dates and language versions. Completing the check-in does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Scheduling invitations are sent separately by Dr. Sisi. Marketing consent is recorded only until a dedicated marketing email service is connected.

You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@herpaincoach.com.

A full privacy policy will be provided after consultation, along with your program agreement.
